I've been dabbling with the homemade bread. No fancy sourdoughs lately just yeast flour water. I've been constrained to the loaf pan but today I will break the walls and just do something “rustic”
Warm water, sugar, yeast, bread flour.
Kneed and make into ball.
Rest and let rise until you think it's done

Form into loaf. Preheat oven 400 degrees. Try your hand at fancy cuts
